Repairs that hold

Most roof repairs fail for one reason: the roofer fixed where the water showed up instead of where it got in. A stain on the ceiling can sit ten feet from the actual entry point. Water runs along underlayment, down rafters, and across the top of drywall before it drips.

Our crew has spent more than 30 years working together, and tracing a leak is the part of the job that experience matters most for. We look at the whole roof system: the surface material, the underlayment beneath it, the flashing at every wall, chimney, valley, and penetration, and the fascia and drip edge at the perimeter. When we find the source, we fix that, and we tell you what else we saw while we were up there.

What we repair

  • Active leaks from cracked tile, lifted or missing shingles, failed pipe boots, and worn vent seals.
  • Flashing failures at chimneys, skylights, walls, and valleys, which cause more leaks than the roofing material itself.
  • Storm and wind damage, from a handful of blown-off shingles to sections of tile stripped by a squall. We document everything if you’re making an insurance claim.
  • Broken or slipped tile on concrete and clay roofs, including high-elevation coastal homes.
  • Rotted fascia and soffit behind failed gutters or drip edge, replaced along with the metal that protects it.
  • Flat and low-slope roof membrane repairs on homes and commercial buildings.
  • Skylights, repaired or replaced, along with the flashing around them.
  • Penetrations: pipe boots, vents, satellite and solar mounts, resealed or reflashed.

If the damage is severe or spreading, we’ll say so, and you can read about how we approach roof replacement before deciding.

How a repair goes with us

  1. Call or send the form. Tell us what you’re seeing. If water is coming in right now, say so, and read our emergency roof repair page for what to do in the meantime.
  2. Free inspection. We get on the roof, find the source, and photograph it. You see what we see.
  3. A written, itemized quote. What’s wrong, what we’ll do about it, and what it costs. No pressure and no surprise add-ons.
  4. The repair. Our own crew, not a subcontractor. We match materials to your existing roof so the fix doesn’t look like a patch.
  5. Warranty. We guarantee to beat any competitor’s warranty, and that applies to repairs as well as full roofs.

Why Palm Coast homeowners call us

We’re a family business on our third generation of roofers, based right here in Palm Coast. The same core crew has worked together for over 30 years, and between us we carry more than 40 years of hands-on roofing experience. We’re manufacturer-certified Atlas installers, Florida Certified Roofing Contractor #CCC057958, and fully insured.

The coast is hard on roofs. Salt air, summer UV, afternoon downpours, and tropical-storm winds find every weak point. We’ve repaired tile at 56 feet in Ocean Hammock, rebuilt chimneys, and replaced fascia around entire homes from driveways barely wide enough for the lift. See the work for examples, or read common roofing questions before you call.

What happens when you call.

The same six steps on every job.

  1. Your request reaches the family

Your message or call lands with us, not a call center or an answering service. If water is coming in right now, call (386) 864-9600 and say so, and we treat it as the emergency it is.

  2. We call you back within one business day

One of us calls to ask about the roof: its age, what you have noticed, and whether a storm or an insurance claim is involved. Then we set an inspection time that works for you.

  3. A free inspection at your home

We get up on the roof and photograph what we find: the material, the flashing, the penetrations, the valleys and the edges. You are welcome to be there, but you do not have to be.

  4. One written quote, with the photos

You get a straight answer: repair it, tune it up, or replace it, with one written price and the photos that explain it. No pressure. If insurance is involved, we help with the insurance claim.

  5. We schedule the work and do it

The same crew that has worked together for 30 years does the job, under our Florida license, with the permit pulled. We protect the property and clean up before we leave.

  6. Walkthrough and warranty

We show you the finished roof and hand over the warranty paperwork. We do the highest-quality work in North Florida and our warranty backs it: we guarantee to beat any competitor's. We put our money where our mouth is, and we stay a phone call away.

Questions we hear

All questions
How do I know if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?

An inspection tells us. Isolated damage on an otherwise sound roof is a repair: a few broken tiles, a lifted section of shingles, a failed pipe boot, a bad flashing joint. Widespread wear, multiple leaks, or a roof near the end of its service life usually means a replacement is the better use of your money. We'll show you what we found and tell you honestly which one it is. Inspections and quotes are free.

Do you repair tile roofs, or only shingle?

All of them. Shingle, concrete and clay tile, metal, flat and low-slope, and copper. Tile repair is a specialty of ours, including high-elevation work on coastal homes 50 feet and more off the ground.

Can you find a leak when I can't see where it's coming from?

Yes. Water rarely shows up inside the house directly below where it gets in. We trace it back to the source (a cracked tile, a failed seal around a vent, a flashing gap at a wall or chimney) rather than patching the spot where the stain is. That's the difference between a repair that holds and one you'll be calling about again.

Will you help with my insurance claim for storm damage?

Yes. We document the damage, write up what we find, and work with your adjuster so the claim reflects what the roof actually needs. See our insurance claim help page for how that works.

What areas do you cover for roof repair?

Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, and all of Flagler County, plus St. Johns, Putnam, Volusia, Seminole, Lake, and Orange counties. Call (386) 864-9600 and we'll tell you how soon we can be there.
