Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us when you ask about our services:

• Contact form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, property address, the type of project, and anything you write in the message field.
• Lead forms in our Google ads: your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and your answer to the question about what kind of roofing help you need.
• Phone calls and emails: whatever you share with us directly, such as your address and details about your roof.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs such as IP addresses and browser types.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and whether they call or send the form. It sets cookies in your browser and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. We have IP anonymization turned on and we do not use it to identify you by name. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by visiting Google's ad settings. Address suggestions: when you type a property address into our contact form, the text you type, your IP address and basic browser details are sent to Google Maps Platform so it can suggest matching addresses. Nothing is sent until you start typing in that field, and we do not store the suggestions. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Call or email you back about your inquiry.
• Schedule inspections and prepare your quote.
• Perform and follow up on roofing work you hire us for.
• Help with an insurance claim when you ask us to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. If you contact us about a roof, we contact you about that roof.

Who else sees it

We use a few service providers to run the business, and they process your information only on our behalf:

• Netlify hosts this website and stores submissions from our contact form.
• Google collects lead-form submissions made through our ads and passes them to us, processes the analytics and advertising data described above, and suggests matching addresses as you type one into our contact form. Your use of Google's services is also covered by Google's own privacy policy.
• Our phone and email providers carry calls and messages you send us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or with an insurance company when you have asked us to help with a claim.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the work we've done for you, including warranty records. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of completed work.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
