Ask every roofer you are considering for their warranty terms in writing: how many years on the workmanship, what it covers, and who answers the phone when there is a problem. If a roofer will not put it in writing, that tells you something.

Bring the written warranty from any licensed, insured Florida roofing contractor for the same roof and the same class of material. Send it with your inquiry or hand it to us at the free inspection.

Our quote will carry warranty terms that beat theirs, written on the quote itself, before you sign anything. No verbal promises. The terms are part of the contract.
Two warranties on every roof
- Workmanship: ours.
- Our written warranty covers how the roof was built: the installation, the flashing, the details that cause most leaks. The same crew that has worked together for more than 30 years does the work, and the owners are on the job, so the people who warrant the roof are the people who built it.
- Materials: the manufacturer's.
- As manufacturer-certified Atlas installers we install Atlas shingle systems to specification, which is what lets us pass through the full Atlas manufacturer warranty on the materials. Tile, metal and flat systems carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we install them to the specification those warranties require.

A roofing warranty is only as good as the company that has to honor it many years from now. Ours is backed by a family that has been roofing in Palm Coast since 1989, has built two successful roofing companies, and is on its third generation. We have roofed hundreds of squares of tile in Hammock Dunes, most of Sea Colony and a large share of Sugar Mill Plantation, and we are still here to answer for that work. The guarantee is not only for new roofs. A repair from us comes with a written warranty on the repair, and a Roof Tune-Up comes with a written condition report and after photos, so you know what was done and what to expect. If a roof is at the end of its life we will tell you and quote a replacement rather than sell you a warranty on a repair that cannot last.

Call (386) 864-9600 or send the contact form and say it is a warranty question. We call back within one business day, come out, inspect the roof, and fix anything the warranty covers. If water is coming in right now, call and say so.

How long is your workmanship warranty?
The term is written on your quote and depends on the roof and the material. Whatever a licensed competitor offers in writing for the same job, ours beats it. Ask us for the terms before you sign, and compare them side by side.
Does the warranty cover storm damage?
A workmanship warranty covers how the roof was built. Damage from a hurricane or a fallen limb is normally an insurance matter, and we help with those claims: we document the damage, write a scope your adjuster can read, and do the work.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. A repair from us comes with a written warranty on the repair, and the guarantee to beat any competitor's warranty applies to repairs as well as full roofs.
