Project Overview
This Ocean Hammock home needed 1,300 square feet of tile roofing replaced 52 feet above ground, along with new fascia and fascia metal around the entire perimeter.
The complication wasn’t the roof — it was getting to it. The driveway was barely wide enough for the equipment, so every stage of the job, from material staging to debris removal, had to be planned around that single narrow access point.
The crew worked the elevation in sections, replacing the damaged tile and installing clean, new fascia metal the whole way around. The result is a fully restored roofline that protects the home and sharpens its appearance — finished to the same standard we hold on the ground floor.
